Why this practice?

Every shift has a purpose. Every session is documented. Every family gets a straight answer.

01

Qualified and current

Formal community services qualification, alongside daily frontline practice in a secondary school wellbeing team. Support informed by real, current work with vulnerable young people, not a weekend course.

02

Present, not passive

Active, structured and documented. Support that is planned before it starts and written up after it ends, with progress notes your coordinator can actually use.

03

Genuinely inclusive

Turkish and Arabic speaking, with deep experience supporting people from migrant backgrounds. A safe and welcoming practice for everyone, whatever your story, culture or identity.

What I do

Support built around your goals, not around a roster.

Social and community participation
